At NannyNest, we’re proud to offer one of the most personal and thorough nanny-matching services out there. Our goal is to support both families and nannies to ensure happy, successful, and long-term placements.

We specialise in helping families find reliable, long-term in-home childcare. Every candidate we recruit is carefully screened to meet our high standards, so you can feel confident that your family is in safe hands.

Our all-in-one service takes care of everything—from salary negotiations and employment contracts — making the process as smooth as possible for you.

The journey always starts with getting to know you and understanding how a nanny can best support your family. 

We like to keep our fee structure straightforward. 

• 40 hours per week or more £2,900
• 30-40 hours per week £2,400
• 20-30 hours per week  £1,400
• Less than 20 hours per week or temporary placement, a fee of £500
• 10% discount on above fees for being sole agent
• There is no VAT charge
• Placement fee is due when an offer has been accepted

In the event that the placed nanny leaves the position or the client feels the placement is unsuitable, we offer a rebate on the placement fee according to the following schedule:

• Within 1 month of placement: 75% rebate
• Within 2 months of placement: 50% rebate
• Within 3 months of placement: 25% rebate
• After 3 months: No rebate is available
• Rebate not applicable to less than 20-hours per week or temporary placements
